Although born and raised in Canada, I have lived and studied in several countries around the world. Since 1998 I have been in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where I am the Trombone Section Principal with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra.
Before moving to Malaysia, I spent six years in South Africa, playing in the Cape Town Symphony Orchestra.
Before South Africa, I lived in Calgary, Alberta and played with Foothills Brass, one of Canada's finest brass ensembles.
As a child and a teenager I had many influential musical experiences. Click on the photos to find out more!
I completed my university studies in Victoria, Canada, and I often return to visit. I have made a couple of CDs with the Victoria-based Pacific Trombone Quartet.
I grew up in Kamloops, British Columbia, and got my first orchestral experience playing in the Kamloops Symphony.
